Use Check In to check in documents you have checked out. After you check in a document, the document is unlocked in the library and other users can modify it.
You can check in individual documents, or you can check in multiple documents. The documents you check in can be in any location.
If one or more checked-out documents are selected when you click
, GroupWise displays the selected documents in the list box. If no checked-out documents are selected, GroupWise displays a warning and then displays all the documents you have checked out in the list.There are four check-in methods:

When you check in a document, you can specify which version you want the document checked in as. There are three possible versions:
