6.5 Printing Items in Your Mailbox

6.5.1 Printing GroupWise Items

  1. In the Item List in your Mailbox, click or open the item you want to print.

  2. Click File > Print.

  3. Select the items you want to print.

  4. Click Print.

6.5.2 Printing Your GroupWise Calendar

Use Print Calendar to print your schedule including appointments, tasks, and reminder notes in different formats and on various page sizes. For example, you could print a day calendar with all your appointments or a week calendar with all your appointments and tasks.
