Explanation: The Additional Routing Information for the message received does not match any account in the database.
Possible Cause: The Gateway Access String might not be correctly configured in GroupWise Administrator, or the account may have been deleted from the gateway database.
Action: Check the Gateway Access String in ConsoleOne, then use the Queue Maintenance feature. See Creating a Gateway Link to the External Domain and Performing Queue Maintenance.
