If an iFolder user logs in to his account and sets the passphrase for the first time using NetStorage, the passphrase of an iFolder user is not saved for recovery. The user needs to log in to his account at least once via iFolder Windows or Linux client to enable passphrase recovery.
The iFolder Linux client downloaded from a Russian Linux or NetWare server is not localized to the4 Russian language. Instead, it retains the default language (English).

The Open iFolder option available on right clicking the Novell iFolder icon in the system tray is not functional. You can access the files located in your home location through the local Novell iFolder directory, <UserId> Home available on your desktop, where User ID is your iFolder user id.
The iFolder Website option available on right clicking the Novell iFolder icon in the system tray is not functional. To access the iFolder Web site, type the URL http://nif1.your-domain-name.com/iFolder in your Web browser. Replace nif1.your-domain-name.com with the actual DNS name or IP address of your iFolder server.The URL is case sensitive.
