Filr enables you to configure table columns in folders.
By default, the columns that are available are:
Title: Displays the title of the file.
Comments: Displays how many comments have been made on the file.
Size: Displays the file size of the file.
Author: Displays the author of the file.
Date: Displays when the file was last modified or commented on.
To show or hide table columns in the Files folder:
Navigate to the folder where you want to show or hide the table columns.
Click the
icon in the upper right corner of the page next to the filter, then click .In the
column, select the columns that you want to show, and deselect the columns that you want to hide.(Optional) Select
if you want all users to see only the columns that you have selected.Click
.Navigate to the folder where you want to rename the table columns.
Click the
icon in the upper right corner of the page next to the filter, then click .In the
column, specify the new column name in the available field.(Optional) Select
if you want all users to see only the columns that you have selected.Click
.Navigate to the folder where you want to change the order of the table columns.
Click the
icon in the upper right corner of the page next to the filter, then click .Select the radio button on the left side of the table for the column whose order you want to change.
Click the Up Arrow and Down Arrow icons in the
column to move the column up or down.(Optional) Select
if you want all users to see only the columns that you have selected.Click
.Navigate to the folder where you want to adjust column widths.
Click the
icon in the upper right corner of the page next to the filter, then click .In the
column, click and drag the arrow icons to resize each column. You can see the columns resize in real time.or
Adjust the numbers in the
column for each column that you want to resize, then use the column to specify whether the numbers represent pixels or percent.If all the column widths are set to a fixed pixel value, the rightmost column is automatically overridden to use 100%.
Click
.You can restore the column defaults if you have made changes to the columns that you no longer want to retain.
Navigate to the folder where you want to restore the defaults for columns.

icon in the upper right corner of the page next to the filter, then click .Click
