7.4 Joining a myScreen Session

You do not need to be a Novell Conferencing member to attend a myScreen session.

You cannot join a session if the host has not started sharing the screen.

7.4.1 Joining a Public myScreen Session

  1. Click the meeting link in the e-mail you were sent or copy and paste the unique meeting URL into a browser.

  2. In the Set Display Name dialog box, specify your name and click OK.

7.4.2 Joining a Private myScreen Session

  1. Click the meeting link in the e-mail you were sent or copy and paste the unique meeting URL into a browser.

  2. Specify the attendee key.

  3. Click Join Meeting.
