Before you can enable Conferencing integrations, you must first specify your Conferencing server address, as described in Section 6.1, Specifying Your Conferencing Server Address.
You can enable the Conferencing integrations for your entire system, for a specific policy, or for individual users.
In ConsoleOne, expand your Messenger tree, then click .
In the window on the right, double-click .
Click the tab, then click .
Ensure that is selected. If it is not selected, select it, then click .
In ConsoleOne, expand your Messenger tree, then click .
In the window on the right, click the policy for which you want to enable the Conferencing integrations.
Click the tab, then click .
Ensure that is selected. If it is not selected, select it, then click .
Browse to the user for whom you want to enable the Conferencing integrations.
Right-click the user’s name, then click .
Click the tab, then click .
Select .
Click .
