11.3 Post-Installation

HylaFAX requires that Java is already installed. For additional information, see the Java Web site.

11.3.1 Desktop Download for Linux

  1. Log in to the NOWS SBE console.

  2. Click Products and Services.

  3. Under Select Component, click Fax Server (HylaFAX).

  4. Under Desktop Downloads and Linux, click JHylaFAX.

  5. Open a command prompt and type java -jar jhylafax-1.3.10-app.jar to launch JHylaFAX.

11.3.2 Desktop Download for OS X and Windows

  1. Log in to the NOWS SBE console.

  2. Click Products and Services.

  3. Under Select Components, click Fax Server (HylaFAX).

  4. Under Desktop Downloads, click JHylaFAX for OS X or Windows.

  5. Follow download procedures to download JHylaFax to your desktop.

  6. To launch JHylaFAX, click the JHylaFAX icon.
