2.8 Conferencing Administration Console

After you have successfully installed the Conferencing System Components, you can access the Web-based Conferencing Administration Console. Use the Administration Console to monitor the state of the Conferencing components and services, as well as to create Conferencing communities.

The Conferencing Administration Console is available via the following URL:

http://<webportalhostname>/imidio/console/

NOTE:If you have SSL enabled, you should specify https in the URL instead of http.

2.8.1 Logging In to the Administration Console

The initial installation creates the screen name admin with password admin. You can use these values to log in, and change them later (see the Conferencing Operations Guide for further information on using the Conferencing Administration Console).
