It is a good idea to edit your own contact information and add any additional information you want other users to see.

The following fields present information about your configuration. You cannot modify these fields.
Lets you know whether your administrative policy allows you to use the Community Address Book, which is your global company-wide book.
Lists the Group for a contact.
The following fields allow you to enter information about yourself, your location, and your contact information. It is not necessary to complete each field; however, your contact information can be viewed by others:
: Use this field to set up a salutation title, such as Mr., Ms., Dr., and so on.
: Your first name.
: Your middle name.
: Your last name.
: Use this field to identify a suffix, such as PhD, MD, Sr., III, and so on.
: Your company name.
: A job title or job description.
: Use this field to identify an address.
: Use this field to identify an address.
: Use this field to specify another phone number, such as a pager or second mobile phone number.
: Your state.
: Your country.
: Your postal or ZIP code.
: Your business phone number.
: Your home phone number.
: Your mobile or cell phone number.
: If your company uses telephone extensions, specify your extension. This extension is not used when dialing your business phone number.
: Your primary e-mail address.
: Your secondary e-mail address.
: An additional e-mail address.
: Use this field to store additional information.
: Use this field to store additional information.
The following fields are available only to the Administrator:
: Name of user. This is the name used to sign on to the system. The Screen Name is case sensitive, cannot contain any spaces, and must be alphanumeric.
: Password of the user.

: Settings and limits assigned to a user.
