Teaming 2.0 and later supports the use of Conferencing 1.0. Before you can use Conferencing with Teaming as described in this section, your Teaming administrator must first enable these integrations, as described in Configuring Presence
in Advanced Installation and Reconfiguration
in the Novell Teaming 2.1 Installation Guide.
You can use Conferencing to collaborate with other Teaming users in the following ways:
You can start an instant Conferencing meeting from within Teaming by using the
icon of a Teaming user, or by clicking in the main sidebar.Click the
icon of a Teaming user with whom you want to schedule a meeting.Click
.The Conferencing client is launched.
In the main sidebar, click
.The Add meeting page is displayed.
In the
section, specify the users who you want to invite to the meeting.Click
