28.3 Contract Management Reports

Contract Management reports help you analyze your contract data from perspectives such as key financial information, service level agreements, and renewal dates.

28.3.1 Standard Reports

Contract Management Reports	General Contracts	Shows a list of contracts with general contract information such as status (active or expired), contract period, total cost, and vendor.
Contract Management Reports	Date Details	Shows a list of contracts with date information such as the contract start and end dates, the time remaining, and whether or not the contract has a renewal option.
Contract Management Reports	Vendor Details	Shows a list of contracts with vendor information such as name, account number, and contact.
Contract Management Reports	Financial Details	Shows a list of contracts with financial information such as total overall cost and total cost per demographic (department, site, and cost center). Also shows annual costs.
Contract Management Reports	SLA Details	Shows a list of contracts with service level agreement information such as agreement period and metrics.
Contract Management Reports	Lease Details	Shows a list of contracts with key lease information such as order date, insurance provisions, and end-of-lease provisions.
Contract Management Reports	Document Details	Shows a list of contracts with their associated documents.
Contract Management Reports	Renewal Details	Shows the renewal history for all contracts.
Contract Management Reports	Association Details	Shows a list of contracts with their associated devices, users, cost centers, departments, sites, and license entitlements.

Contract Management	Active Contracts with No Associated Assets	Shows active contracts that have no associated assets; that is, no workstation or network devices.
Contract Management	Active Software Maintenance Contracts	Shows the active contracts whose type is software maintenance.
Contract Management	Contracts with Evergreen Provision	Shows all active contracts with an Evergreen provision (no contract end date).
Contract Management	Contracts with No Attached Documents	Shows all contracts with no attached documents.
Contract Management	Contracts Ending within 90 Days (No Renewal Option)	Shows all non-renewable contracts with end dates within 90 days after the run date.
Contract Management	Contracts Ending within 90 Days (Renewal Option)	Shows all renewable contracts with end dates within 90 days after the run date.
Contract Management	Contracts Renewed in Last 90 Days	Shows contracts that have been renewed in the last 90 days.
Contract Management	Expired Contracts	Shows all expired contracts.
Contract Management	Lease Schedules Ending within 60 Days	Shows contracts with a lease schedule and a current end date within 60 days of the report run date.
Contract Management	Pending Contracts	Shows all the pending contracts.
