Explanation: If JAWS* is installed on the management console, ConsoleOne® hangs if you start or terminate the following Remote Management sessions: File Transfer, Chat, Remote Execute, Ping, Diagnostics and Remote Wake Up.
Action: Change the screen display color settings to 65536 (16 bit) colors or greater and restart ConsoleOne.
To change the screen display color settings:
From the desktop console, click Start > Settings > Control Panel > double-click Display > click the Settings tab.
Select 65536 (16 bit) colors or greater from the Color Palette drop-down list.
