The Device Refresh and Removal Schedule page lets you determine the following schedules:
Server/Workstation Refresh Schedule: Specifies how often a server or a workstation contacts a ZENworks Server to update information: bundle, policy, configuration, registration.
Server/Workstation Removal Schedule: Specifies what to do with a server or a workstation when it has not contacted a ZENworks Server within a certain number of days.
Mobile Device Refresh Schedule: Specifies how often a mobile device contacts a ZENworks Server to update information: bundle, policy.
Mobile Device Lost Schedule: Specifies what to do with a mobile device when it has not contacted a ZENworks Server within a certain number of days.
You can define the refresh schedule at three levels:
Management Zone: The schedule is inherited by all device folders and devices.
Device Folder: The schedule is inherited by all devices contained within the folder or its subfolders. Overrides the Management Zone refresh schedule.
Device: The schedule applies only to the device for which it is configured. Overrides the refresh schedules set at the Management Zone and folder levels.
The removal schedule can be set on the Management Zone and device folders only.
