7.2 Apple DEP Device Rights

The Apple DEP Device Rights dialog box lets you modify the rights associated with the folder containing Apple DEP devices.

7.2.1 Contexts

Specify the folders (contexts) that contains the DEP devices for which you want to assign rights. To select a folder, click Add to display the Contexts dialog box, browse for and select the folder (or multiple folders), then click OK. The rights also apply to the folder’s subfolders.

7.2.2 Privileges

The Privileges section lets you grant the selected administrator rights to create or modify DEP device folders listed in the Contexts section.

The following rights are available:

RIGHT	OPERATIONS CONTROLLED BY THE RIGHT	NOTES
Modify Settings	Modify the DEP Device Profile Settings.
Modify	Add or modify the assigned user.
