36.2 Predefined Reports

The predefined Asset Management reports are organized into four categories:

36.2.1 License Allocation Reports

Report Title	Description
Allocations vs. Installations	For each licensed product, shows the variance between allocated licenses and the total number of installations. For each licensed product, this report lists the total number of licenses, installed, allocated, over allocated, or under allocated.
Current Allocations	For each licensed product, this report lists the current number of licenses allocated and unallocated quantity.
Demographic Over-Allocation	Lists all licensed products whose number of demographically allocated licenses is more than the number of installations associated with the demographic.
Demographic Under-Allocation	Lists all licensed products whose number of demographically allocated licenses is less than the number of installations associated with the demographic.
Device Over-Allocation	Lists all licensed products whose number of device-allocated licenses is less than the number of installations associated with devices.
Duplicate Allocations	Lists all licensed products with device allocations that duplicate demographic allocations.
Installations with no Allocations	Lists all licensed products with installed licenses that are not covered by demographic or device allocations.
Licensed Products Allocations	Lists the demographic allocations and device allocations of the licensed product. Data can be filtered based on the department and the site.

36.2.2 Purchases Reports

Report Title	Description
Purchase Record Detail	Lists all Purchase Order details such as, PO number, Invoice number, Order date, Reseller, manufacturer, quantity along with unit price and MSRP.
Purchase Record Summary	Compiles the purchase records by catalog product. For each catalog product, lists the product type, purchase quantity, average unit price, and total price.

36.2.3 Software Compliance Reports

Report Title	Description
Compliance Status	Provides the compliance status of the selected licensed product. It lists the license consumption details such as, installed quantity, calculated license quantity, consumed quantity and net consumption. It also lists details about any un-resolved installations.
Discovered Product Summary	Provides details of the discovered product that is reconciled with the licensed product.
Software Compliance	Provides the compliance data of the entire list of licensed products present. Compliance Report: Shows the compliance status for all licensed products. Includes general details such as the number of unreconciled catalog and discovered products. For each licensed product, includes details such as license quantity, installation quantity, active usage quantity, and unused installations. Status Summary: Summarizes the total number of licensed products, purchase records, catalog products, and discovered products.

36.2.4 Suites Reports

Report Title	Description
Discovered Standalone Components	Lists the individual components of a suite that have been discovered through an inventory scan of devices. For each component, lists the number of installations and how many are being used.

36.2.5 Licensed Products And Entitlements Report

Report Title	Description
Licensed Products And Entitlements	Lists the licensed products and its associated entitlement details.
