18.6 Disabling Vibe User Accounts

You might want to disable user accounts instead of deleting them.

This section describes how to disable local user accounts as well as accounts that are being synchronized with an LDAP directory. You can disable individual accounts, or simultaneously disable multiple accounts.

18.6.1 Disabling Individual User Accounts

  1. Click the Administration icon Novell Teaming pre-login user workspace in the upper right corner of the page.

  2. In the Management section, click User Accounts.

  3. Click the Disable/Delete Accounts tab.

  4. Click Disable Individual Accounts.

  5. In the User field, begin typing the name of the user whose account you want to disable, then click the name when it appears in the drop-down list.

  6. (Optional) Repeat Step 5 to add other accounts to be disabled.

  7. Click Disable Selected Accounts, then click Close.

18.6.2 Disabling Multiple User Accounts

  1. Click the Administration icon Novell Teaming pre-login user workspace in the upper right corner of the page.

  2. In the Management section, click User Accounts.

  3. Click the Disable/Delete Accounts tab.

  4. Click Select From All Accounts.

  5. Select the accounts that you want to disable.

  6. Click Disable Selected Accounts, then click Close.
